摘要
针对师范院校本科生科研创新能力薄弱和大学教师指导大学生从事科学研究动力不足的问题,结合"分层、分类、分级"的人才培养理念,构建了本科生"助研"模式,探索了"助研"模式的构成、"助研"学生选拔、过程监控及助研成果评价等问题."助研"模式的实施,极大地提升了学生科研创新能力和团队意识,缓解了教师的科研工作压力,具有在同类院校中推广的价值.
In view of the weak innovative scientific research abilities of undergraduate students of normal universities and college teachers' lack of enthusiasm in guiding students to do scientific research, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineer- ing, Neijiang Normal University, has constructed an undergraduate research assistant model for normal university students, in response to the concept of "stratify, classify and grade", to explore problems like the structural composition, the selection of student research assistants and the process of monitoring and research assistance results evaluation, which not only drastically enhances the students' innovative ability for scientific research and their spirit of teamwork and at the same time greatly lifts teachers' pressure of scientific research workload. The model is of realistic value for popularization among similar institutions.
