提高基层科研院所档案管理人员素质探析

Analysis on the Quality of Archivists in Basic Research Institutes

档案作为记录历史事实的载体,是一种非常珍贵的信息资源。档案管理工作兼具政治性、业务性和服务性,对从业人员的综合素质提出了较高的要求,档案管理从业人员素质的高低直接决定了档案管理工作的成效。本文从提高档案管理人员综合素质的重要意义入手,分析概括了新常态下对档案管理人员提出的新要求和应具备的从业素质,最后就如何加强档案管理人员队伍建设,不断提升从业素质做出了初步思考,指出档案管理人员应与时俱进,不断提高自身素质。

As a carrier of history fact recorder, document is a very important resource of information. The management of document has political, operational, comprehensive quality of archivists, and the quality and service characteristics, so it requirements high of archivists directly determines the efficiency of ar- chives management work. From the significance on improving the quality of archivists, this paper analyzes the new requirements and professional quality of archivists in the new period, expounds how to strengthen the team construction of archivists, and points out that archivists should keep pace with the Times and con- stantly improve their own quality
