《高级财务管理》课程教学模式改革及其实施效果分析

On the Teaching Model Reform of Advanced Financial Management and the Analysis of the Effect

《高级财务管理》课程的内容特点和教学目标决定了必须改革以往传递——接受式的教学模式,构建注重学生学习能力培养的教学模式。基于此,本文从理论基础、教学目标、操作程序、实现条件和评价等五个方面重构了一个完整的《高级财务管理》课程教学模式,并对新的教学模式的实施效果进行了检验。结果显示,《高级财务管理》教学模式改革取得了良好的效果。

It is decided by the content features and teaching goals of Advanced Financial Management that the traditional teaching mode of transfer and acceptance must be switched to a new mode of cultivating students＇ learning ability. This paper reconstructed a complete Advanced Financial Management teaching mode from five aspects of theoretical basis, teaching goals, operating procedures, conditions and evalua- tion. Then, this paper tested the effect of the new teaching mode. Questionnaire survey showed that the re- form of the teaching mode had achieved good results.
