摘要 Breast milk is the most suitable food for the growth and development of infants because it fulfills all the nutritional requirements at this growth stage^([1]).In addition,the wide range of bioactive compounds in milk exerts numerous beneficial effects to infants,including immune system development,protection from infections and metabolism regulation^([2]).
