摘要
生物实验教学中心细胞与遗传学实验室,探索以"区域功能化"理念为指导思想的本科教学实验室管理新思路。以实验教学的内容和实验仪器的属性为依据,将实验室从区域上划分为细胞培养区、显微观察区、冷冻离心机区、试剂配制区、普通实验操作区等多个功能区域,来满足在有限的空间范围内同时进行多个功能模块实验内容的教学,收到了良好的效果,提升了实验教学的教学质量。
Taking the cell biology and genetics laboratory of biological experimental teaching center of Nankai University as an example,the paper searches the application of "Area Functionalization "idea in the management of teaching laboratory for undergraduates. On the basis of the contents of teaching and the nature of instruments,authors' laboratory was divided into several areas,such as cell culturing,microscopic observation,refrigerated centrifuge,the preparation of reagent solution,the operation area of ordinary experiment and so on. So it can complete several experiment teaching contents in the limited space.
