摘要
拜耳法生产氧化铝具有流程简单、产品质量好等优点。滇东南地区目前发现的铝土矿资源储量已达1.4亿t,但A/S<6.25的中低品位矿石占总资源量的70%左右。为了使该部分资源也能得到综合利用且获得较好的经济效益,可以通过选矿脱硅的方法来提高矿石的A/S,脱硅精矿作为拜耳法生产氧化铝的原料。铝土矿选矿过程中面临磨矿后产生大量次生矿泥,导致矿石可浮性差的难题。如何获得良好的精矿品质和保证选矿回收率是铝土矿脱硅浮选面临的主要问题。
Alumina production by Bayer process has advantage in the simple process and qualified product. Bauxite reserve in southeaster Yunnan currently reaches 0.14 billion ton with 70 % of middle - low grade ores ( A/S 〈 6.25 ). In order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of these ores and satisfying economic benefit, desilicication process is adopted to improve the A/S and the concentrate feeds to alumina production by Bayer process. Bauxite processing is faced with the problem of poor ore floatability caused by large quantity of seconda- ry slime from grinding. The bauxite desilicication by flotation should be focused on how to obtain qualified con- centrate and guarantee the recovery.
