摘要
大型无筛板沸腾氯化炉作为TiCl_4生产过程的核心设备,被广泛用于海绵钛以及氯化法钛白粉生产工艺中。鉴于产能、生产连续性、设备使用寿命等因素的要求,沸腾氯化炉的问题研究越显重要。生产过程中沸腾氯化炉较突出的有原料问题、排渣问题、耐火材料问题以及结焦问题,该文就结焦问题将从氯化炉反应、原料、温度控制、结焦处理等方面进行研究探索。
The large fluidizing chlorinator without sieve plates, the core equipment of TiC14 production, is widely used in sponge titanium and chlorinated titanium dioxide production. In view of the production capacity, produc- tion continuity, equipment life and other factors, the research on fluidizing chlorinator is becoming more and more important. During the production process of fluidizing chlorinator, the prominent problems include raw ma- terial probl the coking and coking ems, slagging problems, refractory material problems and coking problems. Therefore, in this paper, problem will be explored from the reaction of chlorination burner, raw material, temperature control treatment.
