芍黄通便合剂质量标准的改进研究

Improvement the quality of Shaohuang laxative agent

目的改进院内制剂芍黄通便合剂的质量标准。方法使用薄层色谱法定性分析鉴别芍黄通便舍剂中的白芍、大黄、白术三个药材，同时通过高效液相色谱法对芍药苷进行定量分析。结果薄层鉴别专属性强；芍药苷在0．2006～2．0060μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为100．2％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为2．25％（n-6）。结论所建方法简便、准确，能更好地控制芍黄通便合剂的质量。

Objective To improve the quality standard of Shaohuang laxative agent. Methods Radix paeoniae alba,Rheum and Atractylodes were identified qualitatively by TLC;the content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results TLC were distinct and highly specific ; The linear range of Paeoniflorin was from 0. 200 6 to 2. 006 0 μg（r=0. 999 5）with an average recovery of 100. 2 %,RSD= 2.25 % （n=6）. Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable, which could be better for quality control of Shao- huang laxative agent.
