影响尿液检验分析前质量因素分析与应对策略探讨

Analysis of the factors affecting the quality of urine test and the counter measures

目的探讨尿液检验分析前质量相关因素及应对方法。方法选取2014年1月至2016年5月该院检测的2500例尿液样本进行分析，找出影响质量的原因，并总结防止发生误差的措施。结果2500例尿液标本中分析前质量缺陷尿液标本1132例，其中尿液标本污染、采集时间不科学及标本标记不清在影响因素中占有一定比例。结论在临床上尿液检查分析前影响因素较多，其中采集时间有误、标本记混及标本污染所占比例较大，因此医护人员要加强重视。

Objective To study the urine test before the analysis quality related factors to summarize approach. Methods 2500 cases of urine detection sample detected in our hospital between January 2014 to May 2016 were involved in this study, find out the reason of affecting quality,and summarizes the measures to prevent errors. Results among the 2 500 cases of sample,there were 1132 ca- ses of quality defect before urine test. The urine specimen pollution,the time is not scientific and samples standard can＇t remember occupies certain proportion in the influence factors. Conclusion In clinical urine examination analysis, there were lots of influence factors,and there were large proportion of wrong acquisition time, mixed sample and sample polution, the medical staff must strengthen the attention.
