乳腺包块穿刺标本活体组织病理检查及诊断结果与肿块切除病理诊断结果的差异

Difference of breast mass biopsy specimens of living tissue pathologic examination and diagnosis and tumor excision pathology diagnosis results

目的比较穿刺标本活体组织病理检查和肿块切除检查方法在乳腺包块良、恶性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选取该院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的乳腺包块患者50例，首先接受穿刺标本活体组织病理检查，然后进行肿块切除组织病理检查，对2种检查方法的检查结果进行对比分析，比较2种检查方法的一致性。结果50例患者中穿刺治检诊断良性病变19例，恶性病变31例；肿块切除病理诊断良性病变19例，恶性病变31例；良性病变检查结果一致率为lOO％，恶性病变检查结果有2例不同，一致率为94％。结论穿刺标本活体组织病理检查具有高度正确性和灵敏度，且该种检查方法对人体损伤较小，具有高效、安全、方便、快捷、创伤小等特点，符合女性患者对美观的追求；临床应用价值高，值得在临床上大力推行。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of biopsy specimens of living tissue pathologic examination and checking method in breast mass excision in benign and malignant diseases. Methods 50 patients with breast masses treated in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Jun 2016 were collected. All the first patients underwent biopsy specimens of living tissue pathologic examination, then excision histopathologic examination, and then we compared the inspection results of two kinds of inspection methods and their checking consistency. Results 19 cases were diagnosed with benign lesion biopsy results,31 cases of malignant change,tumor pa- thology removal were diagnosed benign in 19 cases,and malignant in 31 cases; Benign results consistent rate was 100% ,there are two different cases of malignant results,the consistent rate was 94 %. Conclusion Biopsy specimens of living tissue pathological ex- amination examination has high accuracy and sensitivity, and less damage to human body, this kind of examination method has a high efficient characteristics such as safe,convenient and quick, small trauma, in line with the pursuit of beautiful women patients; thus its clinical application value is high,and is worth promoting in clinic.
