颈椎板间隙扩大减压H植骨治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症临床分析

Clinical analysis of cervical plate gap expanded decompression H bone graft in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis disease

目的探析颈椎板间隙扩大减压H植骨治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年11月至2015年12月收治的退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者54例作为观察对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果54例患者术后JOA评分明显高于术前，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；术后12个月JOA评分改善率为75．4％，达到优级疗效水平。结论对退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者采取颈椎板间隙扩大减压H植骨的医治手段，临床效果满意，值得借鉴与推行。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis by enlarging the gap between the cervical plate and H. Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis treated in our hospital from Nov 2014 to Dec 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The JOA score was significantly higher than that before operation（P〈0.05） ,and the average improvement rate of JOA score was 75.4%after the operation in the first 12 months. Conclu- sion The treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients with cervical plate gap expansion and decompression of H bone graft,the clinical results are satisfactory, it is worth learning and implementation.
