益生菌联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis

目的分析益生菌联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机分组的方式将2014年1月至2016年5月该院收治的100例活动期轻中度UC患者分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组单纯应用益生菌治疗，观察组采用益生菌联合康复新液治疗，对两组患者疗效、结肠镜下病变活动性评分及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），两组患者治疗前结肠镜下病变活动性评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后观察组评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论针对活动期轻中度UC患者给予益生菌联合康复新液治疗具有明显疗效，安全性也很高，能有效降低结肠镜下病变活动性评分，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis. Methods 100 patients with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital between January 2014 and May 2016 were devided into control group and observation group in a randomized way, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent pure application of probiotics treatment, patients in the observation group underwent new liquid combination probiotics and rehabilitation treatment, the effect, disease activity score under colonoscopy and adverse reac- tion occurrence of each group were analyzed. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 98% ,and it was signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） ,there was no significant differencein disease activity colonoscopy score of each group （P^0.05）, the score of observation group after the treatment was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. there was no adverse reaction in both group. Conclusion the effect of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis is obvious and ifs safe,could popularization and application in clinic. effectively reduce the disease activity score,thus it＇s worthpopularizatlon and application in clinic.
