牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸联合治疗牙周炎的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of periodontal tissue regeneration and oral cavity orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontitis

目的研究牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸联合治疗牙周炎的疗效。方法选取湖北省荆州市第三人民医院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的牙周炎患者82例作为研究对象，按SSPSl8．0统计软件产生的随机表分为研究组和对照组，每组41例。对照组给予牙周组织再生术治疗，研究组给予牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗。对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组患者牙周探诊深度（PPD）、临床附着丧失（cAL）、菌斑指数（PLI）及龈沟出血指数（SBI）均明显低于对照组，研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论牙周炎患者采用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗可显著改善患者各项牙周指标，提高疗效。

Objective To study the treatment effect of periodontal tissue regeneration and oral cavity orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontitis. Methods 82 cases of patients with Periodontitis from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital as the research object,according to statistics software SSPS18.0 generated random table is divided into experimental group and control group（with 41 cases in each group） ,the patients in control group were treated with periodontal tissue regeneration,while the pa- tients in the experimental group were treated with periodontal tissue regeneration combined with oral cavity orthodontic treatment, comparative analysis of clinical efficacy two groups of patients were then conducted. Results The periodontal probing depth （PPD） ,clinical attachment loss（CAL）,plaque index（PLI） and suIcus bleeding index（SBI） of experimental group were lower than the control group（P〈0.01） ;the total effective rate of experimental group （92.7%） was higher than that of the control group（75. 6%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periodontal tissue regeneration combined with oral cavity orthodontic treatment for patients with peri- odontitis, can significantly improve the patient＇s periodontal indicators,improve the treatment effect.
