全程护理模式对肺结核咯血患者康复效果及生活质量的影响

The whole nursing model rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis

目的探究全程护理模式对肺结核咯血患者康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2015年2月至2016年8月收治的肺结核咯血患者64例作为研究对象，依入院顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受全程护理模式干预，将两纽患者接受相应护理后的康复效果、生活质量、住院时间、咯血停止时间进行对比分析。结果观察组患者康复效果明显优于对照组，生活质量评分明显高于对照组，住院时间、咯血时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论给予肺结核咯血患者全程护理可显著缩短住院时间及咯血停止时间，优化康复效果，提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the whole nursing model rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients with pulmonary tu- berculosis hemoptysis. Methods 64 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object, and were divided into observation group and control group according to admis- sion order. Control group patients received conventional nursing,the observation group of patients to accept the whole intervention nursing mode, the rehabilitation effect of the two groups of patients to receive care, quality of life,length of hospital stay, haemopty- sis stops time were compared. Results The recovery effect was significantly better than the control group, the difference was signif- icant（P〈0.05）. The quality of life score observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05） ;Length of hospital stay,haemoptysis time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tu- berculosis hemoptysis patients＇ whole nursing can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay and hemoptysis stop time,opti- mize the rehabilitation effect,and improve the patients quality of life.
