微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究在高血压脑出血过程中采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2014年5月至2016年6月收治的高血压脑出血患者80例。对40例高血压脑出血患者采用常规方法治疗,设为对照组;对另外40例患者采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,设为观察组。比较两组患者手术情况及疗效。结果观察组患者手术情况明显优于对照组,有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血能较好地改善患者临床情况,同时帮助患者及时恢复,提高疗效,因此值得临床借鉴。
