建议在本科《医学微生物学》教材中将Prion命名为“朊毒体”
摘要
Prion是由美国科学家Stanley B．Prusiner和同事1982年从患瘙痒病的仓鼠脑中发现的，具有2种不同的蛋白表现形式：正常细胞型蛋白PrPc和致病型蛋白PrPsc。作者对新乡医学院本科教学中使用的各种《医学微生物学》教材中对Prion的不同命名进行了分析思考，从一线教师教学实践的角度，建议在本科《医学微生物学》教材中将Prion命名为“朊毒体”。
