基于“一带一路”战略下中俄冰雪产业国际合作研究

The International Cooperation in the Ice and Snow Industry Between China and Russia Based on "the Belt and Road" Initiative

以中国提出的"一带一路"战略为背景,以"中蒙俄经济走廊龙江丝路经济带"区域合作为依托,结合两国国情,提出冰雪产业国际合作的理念、覆盖区域与合作内涵,对中俄两国冰雪产业发展概况进行梳理,旨在探索冰雪产业合作开发的空间以及合作方式。基于区域经济发展不均衡的现实,在"一带一路"国家战略框架下,提出两国冰雪产业国际合作策略,推动我国和我省冰雪产业的发展。

Under the background of the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂ Initiative by China, depending on regional cooperation of Longjiang silk road economic belt of China-Russia-Mongolia economic corridor and combined with national conditions, the study puts forward the concept of international cooperation of ice and snow industry, coverage area and cooperation content, and carding the develop- ment situation between China and Russia, so as to explore the ice and snow industry cooperation development space and way. Based on the reality of unbalanced regional economic development and the national strategic framework of ＂the Belt and Road＂ Initiative, the study puts forward the international cooperation strategy, so as to promote the development of the ice and snow industry in our country and province.
