摘要
西蒙对前人管理理论中的完全理性和最优原则进行了重大改进,提出了有限理性和满意原则两大命题,对现代组织的决策活动有着深远的影响。这一理论能够较好地帮助实践国家高校助学金政策,突破评选过程中褒贬不一的困局。从有限理性的角度对助学金的分配过程进行分析,能够为破解高校助学金评选中的冲突提供借鉴。
Simon has made the significant improvement of complete rationality and optimal principle in the pre- vious management theory and put forward such two major propositions as limited rationality and satisfied principle which have a profound influence on the decision-making activities of modern organizations. This theory can help prac- tice the policy of national college grants and break through the mixed dilemma in the process of selection. In terms of limited rationality, we can analyze the process of allocating college grants, which can offer some references for solving the conflict of college grants choosing.
