“一带一路”综合校本课程开发的意义——以新疆地区为例

摘要 当前校本课程的开发与实施存在着诸多问题,主要表现在偏重于技术取向而忽略了文化建构,多元化的校本课程制度与一元的教育管理体制的冲突。"一带一路"综合校本课程的开发与实施注重人本取向,对于地区、学校、教师和学生都有不同的意义:首先,有利于"一带一路"战略在新疆地区的实施,促进学校文化的更新,增加教师之间的合作与交流,对于提高当地学生全面思考的能力、情感态度价值观的变化都有着重要的意义。基于地理、历史、政治课程对学生的能力要求有一定的共性,按照课程的组织逻辑,编制出"一带一路"综合校本课程纲要。 The development and implementation of the current school-based curriculum have many problems, mainly in the fallowing aspects: focusing on technical orientation, while ignoring the cultural construction; diversified school-based curriculum system and the single education management system being in conflict. The development and implementation of One Belt And One Road Comprehensive School-based Curriculum pay attention to humanistic orientation, which have different meanings for the region, schools, teachers and students. First, it is conducive to the implementation of the strategy in the Xinjiang region, to promote the update of culture in schools, to increase the cooperation and communication between teachers and to improve students' ability of comprehensive thinking, the change of emotion, attitude and values. Based on the courses of Geography, History and Political Teaching, we develop a system of such comprehensive school-based curriculum by considering their common features.
