摘要
针对LGMS5725立磨振动大,导致工作压力异常、矿渣粉产量低、矿渣粉比表面积质量合格率低,并造成连接桥开裂、活塞蓄能器油管松脱等问题,介绍实施的改进辅辊控制方式、清理立磨积料、调整皮囊蓄能器压力、优化中控操控等措施及其效果。
In view of big vibration of LGMS5725 vertical roller mill resulting in abnormal working pressure, low yield of slag powder, low pass rate of the specific surface area of slag powder, and the connection bridge cracking, the piston accumulator tubes loosing and other issues, the countermeasures implemented for improving auxiliary roller control, cleaning up the deposit material in vertical mill, adjusting the bladder accumulator pressure, optimizing the control as well as its effects were introduced.
