MSCTA及其后处理技术对出血性脑血管病变的诊断价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)及其后处理技术对出血性脑血管病变的诊断价值。方法我院2012年6月-2016年6月明确诊断的颅内动脉瘤、动静脉畸形、脑静脉性血管畸形等出血性脑血管病变共208例,全部行多层螺旋CT血管成像,并采用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)等后处理技术进行血管重建,并和DSA、手术结果对照分析。结果 208例中,动脉瘤138例159个,动静脉畸型48例,脑静脉性血管畸形22例。MSCTA诊断敏感性分别为92.45%、93.75%、86.36%。结论 MSCTA是显示出血性脑血管病变简单、有效、无创的检查方法,联合运用多种后处理技术对其诊断具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of MSCTA and post processing technique in diagnosing hemorrhagic cerebrovascnlar diseases. Methods 208 cases hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases diagnosed definitely from June 2012 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Atl these patients accepted Multi-slice Spiral CT angiography scan and cerebral revascularization, including valume rendering(VR), maximunl intensity projection(MIP) and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR). The findings were further comparative analyzed with DSA and operation results, Results 159 aneurysms in 138 cases, 48 cases arteriovenous malfomations, 22 cases cerebral venous malformations were found in these 208 patients, and the accuracy rate of MSCTA were 92.45%, 93.75% and 86.36%. Conclusion As a simple, reliable and non- invasive technique, MSCTA and post processing technique have high clinical value for diagnosing the hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases.
