轻烃含原油检测系统的研制

A Devise on the Detection System of the Light Hydrocarbon Blending Crude Oil

针对化工产品轻烃在生产时混入原油的问题,提出了在透明液体中混入有色杂质的检测方法,并结合光电传感技术和微型计算机测控技术制作出了具体的检测设备,实现了在线实时检测.设备运行结果证明:该检测系统可以有效地防止轻烃生产过程中原油的混入,保证了产品质量.

In regard to the problem of blending with crude oil in the production of light hydrocarbon, this article presents a sort of method for detection of transparent liquid blending with colorful impurity. Based on the photoelectric sensing technology, combining with computer detection and control technology, a sort of detection device and real time on -line detection is realized. The result of experiment indicates that the experiment system is effective in preventing light hydrocarbon from blending with cruel oil and warrants the quality of product.
