摘要
通过对弹簧钢低铝合金炉次与正常合金炉次全流程夹杂物演变规律的对比,可以看出,合金的选择对于夹杂物的性质会有一定的影响。对铸坯中的夹杂物成分分析表明,两种合金生产条件下,低铝合金时夹杂物的成分进入低熔点液相区的比例更大。
The comparison of the evolution rule of the inclusions between the low aluminum alloy and the normal alloy spring steel shows that the selection of alloy has certain effects on the properties of the inclusions. The analysis of the inclusion composition of the cast slab indicates that there's greater proportion of inclusion composition in the low aluminum alloy steel enters the low-melting-point liquid phase region under the production condition with two kinds of alloy.
