摘要
实验采用稀硝酸溶解试样,电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定其中镍含量。对溶解试样方法和仪器工作条件进行了选择,利用所建立的方法能够快速、准确的分析9Ni钢的镍含量。克服常规化学法的耗时长、步骤繁琐等缺点,所测得的结果与容量法测得结果相符,十次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1%,回收率为99.9%-100.5%,可以满足生产和科研的要求。
In this paper a method for the determination of Ni in 9-Ni steel samples by ICP-AES with dilute HNO3 dissolve samples is introduced. The conditions for sample dissolve procedure and instrumental measurement were optimized. The method has been applied to the determination of Ni in 9-Ni steel samples. The results are consistent with the measurement of volumetric method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of ten times was less than 1% and the recovery rate was 99.9%-100.5%, This method can meet the requirements of production and scientific research.
