摘要
参照GB/T 5059.1-1985,以稀硝酸溶解试样,钼在盐酸羟胺存在下,以EDTA为掩蔽剂络合掩蔽多种干扰金属元素,加PAN指示剂,以硫酸铜标准溶液滴定法,测定钼铁中钼的含量。本文分别对反应pH值、加入试剂种类、试剂加入量进行考察,对各分量进行量化,确定最佳操作条件以及最优值。这种方法操作简单,缩短了分析周期,成本低廉准确度高,完全能够满足生产分析要求。
According to GB/T 5059 on 1- 1985, the sample is dissolved with dilute HNO3, in the presence of hydrox-ylamine hydrochloride, complexing and sheltering a variety of interference elements with EDTA as the sheltering agent, then adding PAN indicator, determining the molybdenum in ferromolybdenum by copper sulfate standard solution titration. This article states the examination to the reaction pH value, varieties of reagents, reagent dosage in order to determine the optimum operating conditions and the optimal value. This method is easy to operate, low cost and high accurate, and will shorten the analysis cycle which fully meets the requirements of production analysis.
