摘要
在铁水预处理扒渣过程中由于铁损较高、回硫量波动大,制约了高端品种钢的生产。第一炼钢厂进行了铁水预处理涌动扒渣的技术改造。本文对此技术改造后的应用进行了研究、分析,取得了一定的经济效益。
Higher iron loss and large fluctuation of resulfurization occurred during slag skimming of the hot metal pre- treatment process, which restricts the production of high quality steel. Steel-making Plant No. 1 conducted the revamp to the surging type slag skimming technology. This article states the analysis on the application practice after revamping and certain economic benefits has been obtained.
