摘要
针对冶金机械加工行业普通卧式车床轴类备件钻孔现状,以轧辊两头直径d为Φ30 mm-Φ40 mm,深度t为40 mm,时间要求3-3.5分钟钻孔为例,通过设计计算及选型,最终将CT61100车床尾座人工手动钻孔改造为自动化钻孔及人工手动钻孔两用形式,从而降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率。
Considering the current situation of hole-drilling on axial spare parts for common horizontal turning-lathe in the processing industry of metallurgical machinery, this article takes the hole-drilling for the roller with diameter at both ends d=30 mm-40 mm, depth t=40 mm, time limit 3-3.5 rain as an example, through design calculation and model selection, successfully reforms the tailstock of CT61100 Turning-lathe from manual hole-drilling to dual-mode with automatic and manual hole-drilling, thus to reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency.
