摘要
针对当前铁路燃油计量手段落后的现状,研制了一种适用性强的计算机计量管理系统.该系统采用高精度质量流量计对温度和质量密度进行补偿,应用工业控制机对加压泵和电液阀进行智能控制,消除了人为因素对计量精度的影响,减小了计量误差.经实际运行表明,该系统具有计量精度高、工作稳定可靠、操作方便等特点.
Aiming at the unadvanced actuality of the railway fuel oil metering method, a computer metering and management systerm is proposed in this paper, which has much stronger applicability. The system is based on a high accuracy mass flow meter which can make an awakening compensation for temperature and density. To achieve intelligent control for pressure pump and electrohydraulic valve, the industrial computer is employed in the system, therefore the influence on metering acuracy which caused by human factors is eliminated, and the metering error is reduced. Sci-entificaalness and automatization of the metering management system is implemented by using serial communication. Long time operation shows that the system is the combination of high accuracy, stable reliability and convenient operation.
