摘要
随着社会的发展及时间的推移,越来越多的建筑使用年限接近或超出设计使用年限,部分超出使用年限的建筑因其历史意义、时代意义、地方特色等因素无法拆除重建,因此须就其耐久性对结构安全的影响进行分析。楼梯作为运输工具,使用频率及重要性高,特别是室外楼梯的耐久性将极大地影响结构安全性能。该文结合原重庆印制二厂1#楼室外钢筋混凝土楼梯耐久性分析来说明耐久性理论计算与工程实际之间的差异,并分析造成差异的可能原因。
With the advancement of society and of time,many buildings are getting close to or beyond their designed life, and some cannot be demolished for reconstruction out of historical and epochal significance as well as local specialties, so it is a must to analyze its durability impact on structural safety. As a means of transportation, the stairs are frequently used and of great importance, especially the durability of outdoor stairs has a greater impact on the structural safety. This paper combines the durability analysis of the outdoor reinforced concrete stair of Building 1# of the Second Printing Factory ICIP in Chongqing (also called "TESTBED 2") to elaborate the differences between theoretical calculation and practical engineering of durability, with possible causes for the differences analyzed.
