摘要
重庆二厂文创公园项目的改造内容复杂多样,导致其施工图设计延后,因此在施工图设计阶段不能有效地控制工程造价。该文从实践经验出发,总结该项目实施过程中,如何通过做好工程造价管理工作,使工程造价得到有效的控制。
The reconstruction of ICIP in Chongqing has so much complex contents that its construction design map is delayed, so the project cost cannot be effectively controlled in the construction design stage. This paper, based on the practical experience, summarizes the way how project cost is effectively controlled through excellent cost management.
