Excessive medical treatment has always been a difficult probiem which Cannot be ignored in the process of healthcare reform, and it is the important cause of ＂To see a doctor expensively and difficultly the frequent occurrence of adverse medical events＂.in order to so ve the prob em of expensive medical care fundamentally and promote the construction of Chinese healthy, the paper analyzed the present situation,expression form and new characteristic of excessive medical treatment under China＇s new normal of economy and society and put forward measures to curb excessive medical.
