摘要
以高楼玻璃幕墙清洗作业为背景,介绍了一种爬壁清洗机器人作业系统,对其机器构成作了详细的分析说明,并对污水回收处理,水循环再利用,机器人下滑偏斜等难题提出了可行的技术解决方案.经试验表明,此型清洗机器人清洗效果明显,操作方便.对同类设备的设计有很好的参考价值.
The paper introduces the operation system of a type of wall - climbing washing robot, in context of washing operation for the high building claddings. It analyses and describes the robot's washing mechanism, safe mechanism, and absorbing mechanism. Then it puts forward a feasible technological solution to problems such as dirty water treatment, water recycle, robot slide deflection and so on. According to tests, this type of washing robot has advantages such as simple mechanism, washing effectiveness, and easy operation, which provides a good reference for the design of the similar devices.
