摘要
并联机床数控系统是建立在PC机和数字伺服现场总线SERCOS技术基础上的开放式数控系统.在采用凸轮表传动方式实现多轴联动时,由于受多轴运动控制卡MC卡存储空间的限制,当处理海量数据文件时,MC卡不能一次性接受全部的凸轮表,为此提出了可变长凸轮表的概念,并在此基础上研究了通过设置凸轮表缓冲区,解决凸轮表调入内存而造成的刀具停顿及原路退刀时凸轮表交换的问题.
The CNC system of Parallel Machine Tool (PMT) is constructed on open CNC system, which is based on PC and SERCOS technology. When several synchronized axes of motion are realized with cam table, MC can not accept all cam files at once because of RAM capacity. The paper puts forwards the concept of alterable cam table. Based on the concept, with setting buffer of cam table, the problems of cutter pause at cam table calling and cam table changing at backward cutter are solved.
