中药通心络胶囊在缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Tongxinluo Capsule in Treating Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的了解中药通心络胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果和安全性。方法选取2012年4月至2014年4月在四川大学华西第四医院老年科住院和门诊的首次发生缺血性脑卒中患者共145例,随机分为试验组(n=68)和对照组(n=77)。对照组予以基础治疗,试验组除了给予基础治疗外,加服中药通心络胶囊,疗程为12个月。比较两组卒中复发率的变化、改良Rankin量表(mRs)评分变化、血脂变化及血压控制情况。结果试验组缺血性卒中复发率为19.1%,低于对照组卒中复发率35.1%(P<0.05),两组mRs评分都有所降低,试验组mRs评分平均下降差值高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组血压、血脂水平均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论中药通心络胶囊降低了缺血性脑卒中的复发率,促进神经功能恢复,有助于患者血压和血脂控制,在防治缺血性脑卒中方面具有明显疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tongxinluo capsule in ischemic stroke patients.Methods 145 cases with the first ischemic stroke treated in No.4 West China Teaching Hospital of Sichuan University from April of 2012 to April of 2014 were selected in this study and divided randomly into the treatment group（n=68）and the control group（n=77）.The control group was given the conventional therapy,while the treatment group was treated with the conventional therapy combined with the treatment of Tongxinluo capsule.The course of treatment lasted for 12 months.Then the two groups were compared in terms of the recurrence rates of ischemic stroke,score changes of Modified Rankin Scale（mRs）,the levels of blood lipids,and the control levels of blood pressure.Results The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 19.1% and it was significantly lower than that of the control group which was 35.1%（P〈0.05）.The scores of mRs in both groups were declining,but the average declining degree of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Moreover,the blood pressure and lipids of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can reduce the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke,promote the recovery of neural function and help control patients′blood pressure and lipids,so it has obvious curative effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
