双师型教师“四维一体”的培训原理与实践考察——基于多元学术观的视角 被引量:6

摘要 当前双师型教师内涵的分歧导致培训模式同质化、高校培训基地与企业培训技能化、培训内容陈旧、培训方式单一等问题。但是,上述原因仅仅是双师型教师培训质量不高的直接原因,并不是根本原因。最根本的原因是在于学术职业分化的背景下缺乏对双师型教师内涵及其素质结构的系统认知,由此导致双师型教师在个体、群体、制度供给等层面难有实质性的突破与进步。为此,在引入多元学术观重新界定双师型内涵的基础上提出"四维一体"的双师型教师培训机制,并结合宁波大红鹰学院的实践进行剖析,以此破解当前的窘境。 At present, divergences on the connotation of the double professional teachers lead to such problems as homogeneity of the training mode, the responsible academies and firms being skill - centered, out - dated training content, changeless training methods and so on. However, the problems stated above are only the direct causes of the low - quality of the training. The core reason is, with the background of the professionalism of the academic research, the lack of systemic understanding of the connotation and core qualities of double professional teachers. Therefore, it is difficult to get fundamental breakthroughs in the training. For this reason, this thesis gives a new definition to double professional teachers based on the multivariate academic view, and introduces "integration of four dimensions" training mechanism. Further-more, the thesis provides case study analysis of the Ningbo Dahongying University, aiming to improve the current training quality.
