摘要
随着养殖业的迅速发展，各类新型饲料添加剂得以广泛应用。“无抗”添加剂成为了现代养殖业的一大重要课题。酶制剂是目前被认为使用最安全的一种饲料添加剂．它是微生物发酵的天然产物，被称为“绿色”添加剂。葡萄糖氧化酶是一种新型的酶制剂，能够改善动物肠道环境，提高饲料转化利用率，促进动物生长等。1999年，葡萄糖氧化酶制剂被我国农业部批准为“允许使用的饲料添加剂”。
With the rapid development of aquaculture, various types of new feed additives are widely used. ＂No resistance＂ additive has become an important topic in modern aquaculture indus- try. Enzyme is considered to be the most safe feed additive, it is a natural product of microbial fermentation, which is called ＂green＂ additive. Glucose oxidase is a new type of enzyme prepa- ration,it can improve the intestinal environment, improve feed conversion efficiency, promote ani- mal growth , etc. In 1999, glucose oxidase was approved by China＇s Ministry of Agriculture as ＂feed additives to be used＂.
