摘要
本文针对一些饲料生产企业对猪、奶牛、家禽等的饲料加入尿素，从而对其生长健康产生危害，同时影响了奶源质量，提出鉴定方法及用液相色谱法及分光光度计法来检测饲料中的尿素含量。
Because some feed production enterprises add excessive urea in feed, resulting in harm to the growth of animal health, and affecting the quality of milk, so this paper proposes methods for the identification of urea, and determines urea content in feed by liquid chromatography and spectrophotometry.
