摘要
通过研究5株乳酸菌耐人工胃液、人工肠液、胆盐、高温性能及抑菌性能,综合评价它们的益生效果,最终获得一株益生效果较好的菌株HEW—L215:其具有较强的耐酸、耐胆盐和耐高温性能;还能抑制致病型大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的生长,为益生菌新产品的开发提供了菌种。
In this study, the tolerance to artificial intestinal juice, bile salt, high temperature performance of five strains of lactic acid bacteria and their antibacterial activity were evaluated to evaluate their probiotic effect. Finally, the strain HEW-L215 had good antibiotic effect, resist- ance to bile salts and high temperature performance; also could inhibit the pathogenic E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, that provided strains for the development of new products.
