摘要 从刀具故障损失费用最小的角度入手 ,研究刀具更换、故障检查间隔对生产中损失费用的影响 ,建立了相应的数学模型并进行深入分析 ,为企业FMS提供了一种刀具的优化管理方案 . This paper analyzes and studies the influence to the loss cost in the production in the process of changing cutting-tools and the intervas of checking malfunction by means of analyzing the respect of the lowest loss cost in the malfunction of cutting-tools, establishes the corresponding mathematical model and then analyzes it, and thus offeres an optimizing managerial project on cutting-tools for FMS/MAS factories.
