肉苁蓉佛手方治疗恶劣心境的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of dysthymia with the decoction of Cistanche

目的:观察肉苁蓉佛手方治疗恶劣心境临床疗效。方法:200例恶劣心境患者,随机分为研究组(110例)和对照组(90例)。研究组采用肉苁蓉佛手方治疗,对照组采用氟西汀治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为94.5%,明显优于对照组的46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心情沉重、沮丧、兴趣下降、缺乏信心、精神不振、四肢倦怠、梦多恶梦、头沉不清等主症方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肉苁蓉佛手方治疗恶劣心境临床效著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of dysthymia with the decoction of cistanche.
