四妙勇安汤加减治疗脑卒中恢复期下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Observation on effect of Four Wonderful Decoction for the treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis during recovery period of stroke

目的:分析脑卒中恢复期下肢深静脉血栓形成应用四妙勇安汤加减治疗的效果。方法:110例脑卒中恢复期下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,随机分为A组和B组,各55例。A组患者通过溶栓和抗凝等方式进行治疗,B组患者在此基础上使用进行四妙勇安汤加减治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:A组患者总有效率为83.67%,B组患者总有效率为98.18%。B组患者治疗效果明显优于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤加减治可以改善患者的纤维蛋白原和凝血酶原时间,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective ： To analyze the effect of the treatment of four cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in stroke recovery period. Methods ： 110 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into A group and B group （n = 55）. Patients in group A were treated by thrombolytic therapy and anticoagulant therapy. The patients in group B were treated with Four Wonderful Decoction for the treatment of the disease. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of A group was 83.67%, and the total effective rate was in group B. The treatment effect of B group was significantly better than that of A group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Four the treatment of the disease can improve the fibrinogen and prothrombin time of the patients.
