脱花煎联合克龄蒙用于人流术后恢复的临床观察

摘要 目的:研究脱花煎联合克龄蒙用于人工流产术后恢复的疗效。方法:264例因早孕要求行人工流产术终止妊娠的门诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各132例。观察组于术后服用脱花煎联合克龄蒙,对照组服药克龄蒙,观察两组临床效果。结果:观察组人流术后阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、术后子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人流术后口服脱花煎联合克龄蒙明显有利于减少术后阴道出血量、缩短出血时间、恢复正常月经,值得推广使用。 Objectives:Study on curative effect of tuohua decoction combined with Climen for artificial abortion after recovery. Methods: 264 cases of early pregnancy abortion due to the requirements of abortion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 132 cases. In the observation group was treated with tuohua decoction combined with Climen, Climen medication control group, observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results,The observation group after abortion vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume, endometrial thickness and menstrual recov- ery time compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: After abortion oral tuohua decoction combined with Climcn obviously help to shorten the bleeding time, normal menstruation, vaginal bleeding later, worth popularizing.
