肛肠治疗仪配合中药坐浴治疗肛周尖锐湿疣24例观察

Anorectal therapeutic apparatus combined with sitz bath of Chinese medicine treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum in 24 cases

目的:观察肛肠治疗仪配合中药坐浴治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:48例肛周尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各24例。治疗组采用肛肠治疗仪治疗后以中药痔舒适洗液外用坐浴,对照组采用肛肠治疗仪治疗后以高锰酸钾外用坐浴,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛肠治疗仪配合中药坐浴治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic instrument with the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum. Methods： 48 patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 24 cases. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine anorectal treatment instrument external hemorrhoid comfortable lotion Hip Bath, the control group using therapeutic instrument after treatment with Potassium Permanganate external bath, observe clinical curative effect of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 83. 33%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal treatment instrument combined with sitz bath treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum significantly.
