摘要
借助热处理炉,试验研究了无取向硅钢板固化工艺和消除应力退火工艺对铬酸盐涂层中铬的转化情况。研究结果表明:硅钢涂层中六价铬的转化率随固化时间的延长,先显著增大然后缓慢增加。随着消除应力退火温度的升高,六价铬含量降低明显;随消除应力退火时间的增加,涂层中六价铬含量减少。
Effect of solidifying and stress relief annealing technology on chrome conversion in chromate coating is studied. The results show that rate of hexavalent chrome conversion increases significantly and then increase slowly. Content of hexavalent chrome decreases obviously when stress relief annealing temperature and time increase.
