摘要
建立壮药扁担藤的HPLC指纹图谱。采用高效液相色谱法,用Ultimate C_(18)(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱对10批壮药扁担藤提取液进行分离分析,以乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(体积分数)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为258nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2004A)软件进行分析。结果表明,10批壮药扁担藤的HPLC指纹图谱共标定12个共有指纹峰,相似度基本达到0.9以上,为建立壮药扁担藤质量控制方法提供了科学依据。
To study on the HPLC fingerprint of stem of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook, f.)Gagnep, high performance of liquid chromatography( HPLC) was adopted, the separation was performed on Ultimate C18(5 μm,4.6×250 mm) column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile--0.1% acetic acid solution with a gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 258 nm, the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The data was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004A). In the fingerprint, 12 common peaks were confirmed and the similarity of 10 batches of stem of Tetrastigrna planicaule (Hook. f.) Gagnep. were above 0.9. The experiment result could provide scientific foundation for building the quality control method of Tetrasti grna planicaule (Hook. f.) Gagnep.
