摘要
针对整体式空调器冷凝水应用进行了理论分析及实验验证,测试了在打水与不打水状态、采用不同翅片的冷凝器及不同打水间隙状态下的整机性能。试验表明:打水相比不打水,同比制冷量提升5.11%,EER提升11.19%,环保节能效果提升明显;冷凝器采用亲水翅片的性能会差于非亲水翅片的性能,制冷量和EER分别降低约2%和4%以内;打水圈与底盘间隙相对越小,能力能效取得更好的效果,但结构碰撞风险加大,8mm较为合适。
In this paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental verification are carried out for the application of condensate water in the packaged air-conditioner. The performance of the air-conditioner is testing between the different conditions: with hitting water and without hitting water, different fins, different gap of fan and chassis. The experimental results show that the capacity and Energy Efficiency Ratio improved 5.11% and 11.19% respectively by changing not hitting water to hitting water. The improvement of the environmental protection energy efficiency is obvious. The performance of the hydrophilic fins is worse than the non-hydrophilic fins, the capacity and EER difference of them are about 2 percent and 4 percent respectively. The smaller gap of fan and chassis is good for performance of the air-conditioner, but the risk of structural collisions increased, 8 mm is more appropriate.
