《日美安全保障条约》从签订之日起就深刻影响着亚太地区的国际关系,之后在岸信介内阁、安倍晋三内阁时期被再次修改。本文通过考察日美安全条约的起草、制定和交涉过程,主要运用政治过程论分析日本国内各政治主体之间的利益调整。日本通过安全条约实现了日本与美国的高度捆绑,达到了长期保证日本政治、社会稳定的目的。但是,日美安全条约也带给日本许多负面影响。仔细剖析条约起源,有助于深入了解日美关系及日本国际政治的实际运行模式。

From the date of signing Japan-US Security Treaty, it played a profound impact on international relations in the Asia-Pacific region, modified again and again during the Kishi Cabinet and Shinzo Abe Cabinet period. By studying the drafting, formulating and negotiation of Security Treaty, this paper mainly uses the theory of political process to analyze adjusted interests among Japanese domestic political subjects. Through Japan-US Security Treaty, Japan achieved a high degree of binding with the United States to obtain a long-term guarantee political and soeial stability purpose. However, the Japan-US Security Treaty brought many negative effects of Japan. With careful analysis of the origin of the treaty, it will help to understand the actual operation mode of the Japan-US relations and international politics in Japan.
