摘要
将活化后的纳米TiO_2(二氧化钛)引入WPU(水性聚氨酯)胶粘剂中,采用模糊综合评分和主成分分析法探讨了纳米TiO_2含量对WPU胶粘剂品质的影响。研究结果表明:不同纳米TiO_2含量制备的WPU胶粘剂之综合品质高低依次为含0.4%纳米TiO_2体系>含1.0%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.2%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.6%纳米TiO_2体系>含0.8%纳米TiO_2体系,说明适量的纳米TiO_2能有效改善WPU胶粘剂的品质;所建立的综合评价方法可用于直观科学地评价WPU胶粘剂的品质。
The activated nano- TiO2 (titanium dioxide) was introduced into WPU (waterborne polyurethane) adhesive, and the influences of nano-TiO2 contents on the quality of WPU adhesive were discussed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and principle component analysis (PCA). The research results showed that the moderate nano-TiO2 content could effectively improve the quality of WPU adhesive because the high-low order of the comprehensive quality for WPU adhesives prepared by different nano-TiO2 contents was the system with 0.4% nano-TiO2〉the system with 1.0% nano-TiO2〉the system with 0.2% nano-TiO2〉the system with 0.6% nano-TiO2〉 the system with 0.8% nano-TiO2. The established comprehensive evaluation method can be used for direct and scientifically evaluating quality of WPU adhesives.
