复配比例对淀粉/酚醛树脂复合胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料、次氯酸钠为氧化剂和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为接枝剂,采用氧化接枝法制备了淀粉胶;然后以酚醛树脂(PF)为交联剂,制得淀粉/PF复合胶。着重考察了淀粉胶/PF胶复配比例对复合胶固含量、黏度、胶接强度、耐水性和固化性能等影响。研究结果表明:当m(淀粉胶)∶m(PF胶)=3∶7时,复合胶的固含量、黏度、胶接强度和耐水性俱佳。当淀粉胶比例较小时,复合胶的固化放热量较大、固化速率较快;当淀粉胶比例继续增加时,复合胶的固化反应趋缓。 The starch adhesive was prepared by oxidative grafting method when corn starch was used as raw material, sodium hypochlorite was used as oxidant, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was used as grafting agent. Then the starch/PF composite adhesive was prepared when phenolic resin (PF) was used as crosslinker. The influences of complex ratios of starch adhesive/PF adhesive on some properties (such as solid content, viscosity, bonding strength, water resistance, and curing property) of composite adhesive were emphatically investigated. The research results showed that the composite adhesive had the better solid content, viscosity, bonding strength, and water resistance When mass ratio of m (starch adhesive) :m (PF adhesive) was 3:7. The composite adhesive had the larger curing heat release and the faster curing speed when the ratio of starch adhesive was smaller. The curing reaction of composite adhesive was slowed when the ratio of starch adhesive was continuously increased.
