低温环氧树脂建筑结构胶的制备和性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 以低温时仍具有较好流动性的新型EP(环氧树脂)为主剂,低黏度高活性固化剂(牌号593)和促进剂(牌号DMP-30)为复合固化体系,填料水泥、白炭黑及石棉纤维为增稠、增强改性组分,制备了低温环境中施工性能较好、早期(1 d压缩)强度较高的新型EP建筑结构胶。研究结果表明:当m(EP)∶m(593)∶m(DMP-30)∶m(水泥)∶m(白炭黑)∶m(石棉纤维)=100∶30∶2∶125∶115∶10时,制备的胶粘剂具有相对最好的综合性能[如适用期为105 min、涂胶厚度为3 mm时无流挂现象、1 d压缩强度为65 MPa、14 d压缩强度为90 MPa、14 d拉伸强度为34 MPa、14 d正拉粘接强度为6.0 MPa和正拉破坏形式为混凝土内聚破坏],完全满足建筑结构胶的使用要求。 When the novel EP(epoxy resinxy) with good liquidity at low temperature was used as main agent, low-viscosity and high-activity curing agent (brand 593) and accelerant (brand DMP-30) were used as composite curing system, packing cement, silica and asbestos fiber were used as thickening and reinforcing components, so a novel EP building structural adhesive, which had the good workability and higher early-strength (compress strength at 1 d) at low temperature, was prepared. The research results showed that the adhesive had the relatively best combination property, and could completely meet the application requirements of building structural adhesive because its working time is 105 rain, no sagging phenomenon appears at coating thickness 3 mm, compress strengths at 1 d and 14 d were 65 MPa and 90 MPa respectively, tensile strength at 14 d and the positive tensile bonding strength at 14 d were 34 MPa and 6.0 MPa respectively, and its tensile failure mode was concrete cohesion failure when mass ratio of m(EP) :m(593):m(DMP-30):re(cement): re(silica): re(asbestos fiber) was 100: 30:2:125:115: 10.
